However, I cannot guarantee that the website or every resource will always be available without interruption. Materials may occasionally need to be updated, replaced or removed.

The learning materials are intended to support your musical education and practice.
Musical progress varies between individuals and depends on factors including practice, experience, attendance and individual ability. I cannot guarantee a particular level of musical achievement, examination result or performance outcome.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, another student’s account or any part of the website that you are not authorised to access.
You must not knowingly introduce malicious software or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to a student account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:
- The account is being misused
- Login details are being shared
- Learning materials are being distributed without permission
- The website is being deliberately compromised or misused
- These Terms have been seriously breached
Where appropriate, I will try to contact the account holder before access is suspended or terminated.
